Also to not cause any confusion, In the video I wrote "Gain burn as charge to buff skill 3 Blazing strike?". (hence the unseeable question mark indicating that It's a *Prediction or A guess*) (me stoopid at editing)

Like I said, I meant that as a *Prediction/Guessing* for unique burn charge (Must torment Esgoo moment) There isn't anything like that in Library of Ruina.
I'm only saying this just for non-Ruina players btw or people who forgot.
(or it might be just spend burn potency...)

If you are curious what his skill/passive status effects actually does in Library of Ruina:

Philip switches between 'Searing Sword' and 'Feather Shield' every 1 turn

Skill Effects:
Burn: At the end of the Scene, take x damage and subtract 1/3rd of the Burn stack. (Ruina burn version/not in limbus ignore)

Searing Sword: On a successful hit, inflict 4 Burn to the target.
Feather Shield: After taking a hit, inflict 2 Burn to attacker. Take -5 damage from attacks.

I think these passive status effects might have count which increases burn effects but idk (prob not)

Philip also uses his Blazing strike every 3 turns which does like 30-40 Dice roll (holy, I kneel)
