There is a lot to see and do in the village of Jozankei Onsen! Hot springs, shopping, hotels, trekking, canoe tours, and much more! For this episode, we spend a day with a local photographer and our guide Neil. He has been living in Jozankei Onsen for 15 years and shares many of his favorite spots and activities. Filmed during the peak of the Autumn color season, enjoy the beauty of this deep valley. As you will see the resort town is easily accessed from downtown Sapporo, but due to its location inside the Shikotsu Toya national park, wild nature surrounds the area. Deep gorges, rushing rivers, and more than 75 natural hot springs sources. After watching this you may want to spend more than one day in Jozankei Onsen!!!
